Plot Synopsis

In 1997 Susan Wilson, a Louisiana wife and mother is suddenly thrust into the public eye following her shocking discovery that a trusted neighbor and old friend, was virtually stalking her and her family by surreptitiously videotaping their activities in the privacy of their home. When reporting the incident to the authorities she is horrified to learn that his actions are not considered illegal. She eventually takes her experience to the Louisiana State Legislature where she successfully lobbied for the passage of a new state law declaring video voyeurism a felony offense.
