Plot Synopsis
Darryl Freehorn, star agent for the little-known Canadian Secret Service whose brilliance in the field compensates for the woefully underfunded agency's lack of resources-both high and low-tech, faces constant indignities as a result of his agency's inadequate budget as he travels internationally, working alongside agents from the CIA and Britain's MI5.
