Plot Synopsis

A town's water supply becomes infected with a deadly parasite that ''deprives the body of hydration''. A water filtration engineer struggles to a find a way to kill the pernicious microbe before every one dies of thirst. Complicating matters... a blistering heat wave, overrun hospitals and rioting after the governor's mandated quarantine.
