Plot Synopsis

A quaint fishing village on a remote Island off the coast of Maine and cut off from civilization, finds themselves to be the evolutionary ''nesting place'' of the seemingly harmless cockroach. When town locals are found dead, a vacationing doctor is called in by the sheriff to help investigate the strange deaths. They discover a species of killer bugs and must convince the skeptical residents that danger lurks in every corner. As the deadly swarm of insects descends, townspeople must race against time to save their lives.
