Plot Synopsis
Chronicles the lives of identical twin sisters, Ester and Pauline Friedman, who grew up to become American's most adored advice columnists. When Ester took over the ''Ann Landers''column at the Chicago Sun-Times in 1955, Pauline started her ''Dear Abby'' column 3 months later at the San Francisco Chronicle. The result was a personal and professional feud that tore them apart for years.
