Plot Synopsis

When estranged identical twin sisters, Kate and Chris, get together a year after their mother's death for a pre-Christmas obligatory lunch, the twins realize they are frustrated with their own lives and now envy what the other has. Kate is a VP at a real estate firm and Chris is a single suburban mom and art teacher. They decide to swap lives, at Kate's office and Chris' school until Christmas day. They also take on planning their sister's Christmas events. One rule, though: no romance. Chris as Kate is making her mark in the office, but co-worker Greg Turner grows curious about her sudden style. Kate as Chris, warming to her sudden family life, is introduced to a wealthy donor to help out at the winter carnival. Her jaw drops when she realizes that Tom Kinder is a teenage crush she met at that very carnival 20 years ago. Is it true the grass is greener on the other side? Or will their lie get them in too deep? Who knew that what they would really find is themselves, true love, and family just in time for Christmas.
