Plot Synopsis

Based on the book "Harry Haft: Survivor of Auschwitz, Challenger of Rocky Marciano" by Alan Haft. Jewish boxer Harry Haft, who, in order to evade murder in Auschwitz, must test the limits of his moral and physical strength to survive bare-knuckle gladiatorial boxing spectacles staged between prisoners for the amusement of the SS officers. Unbeknownst to those who try to destroy him, Haft's will to survive is driven by his quest to reunite with the woman he loves. An emotional examination of one man's journey from unspeakable horrors to freedom, forgiveness and ultimately redemption.
