Plot Synopsis

A workaholic magazine writer finds her life drastically changed after undergoing a successful heart transplant operation. She soon finds herself strangely drawn to a young girl who she discovers to be the her heart donor's daughter, who lost both her mother and father in a car accident. She becomes obsessed with the child and often watches her from afar, as does the man who received the child's fathers' heart. The two transplant patients eventually meet, fall in love and marry, but feel their lives will not be complete until they pursue their dream of adding the orphaned girl to their new life.
