Plot Synopsis

Cassie Drake's life is a bit of a mess right now. She's recently broken up with boyfriend, her brother is crashing at her apartment and using her tub as a closet, and her bakery is about to be swarmed by the upcoming holiday rush. It doesn't help that friend and co-worker Tricia won't be there to help, especially now with the large order from acclaimed director Nolan Denver, who's secretly shooting his next movie in her small hometown. But there is a silver lining to all the chaos when a new employee, Alex Grey, shows up. Cassie doesn't realize that he is actually a movie star who's in town waiting for production to begin. They soon fall in love but she's crushed when his true identity is revealed. On top of feeling betrayed, she's also jealous when his beautiful celebrity ex rolls into town for the movie. Along with surviving the holiday madness at the bakery, Cassie must now sort out her feelings for Alex before the movie wraps and he is gone forever.
