Plot Synopsis
A widower who owns a Southern California beachside motel wants to sell his property and move to New York. His teenage daughter and her younger brother conspire, with the help of a group of vacationing prep-schoolers, to foil his attempts to sell the swinging party palace to an interested businessman.
