Plot Synopsis
A trio of elite American political consultants are hired by a group of Russian businessmen to mange scorned Russian President Boris Yeltsin's election campaign in 1996. These consultants, working under bizarre conditions, secretly orchestrate one of the most spectacular political comebacks of the twentieth century--Yeltsin's successful reelection.
