Plot Synopsis
Based on the book The Sleepwalker by June Callwood. A husband is charged with murdering his mother-in-law, with whom he seemed to have respected. He has no recall of the crime but the police and DA think he is guilty and arrest him. His wife is torn between devotion to her family and defending her husband. His attorney uncovers a sleepwalking explanation which is backed by noted experts and confirmed by family history. The jury eventually finds him innocent of the crime.
