Plot Synopsis

An odious condo developer and his henchmen arrive in a picturesque California fishing village and starts buying up seaside properties using questionable tactics--one of which is secretly pumping a toxic chemical into the Bay, killing off a major source of income for the town. Not only are the fish disappearing but so are the residents as hundreds of mutant ravenous sharks invade the waters. A local fisherman, his biologist brother and an EPA agent race against time to expose the dastardly scheme and save the town.
