Plot Synopsis

After her parents' retirement, Stephanie Nichols has happily taken the reins at the Christmas Shop, the beloved, old-fashioned holiday boutique they opened 40 years ago. But this Christmas may be the store's last as a property developer has bought the building and is evicting its tenants. A handsome, real estate-savvy customer named Michael offers to help Stephanie out, only to discover that his employer is responsible for her dilemma. Moreover, his boss has tasked him with the day-to-day oversight of the new development, a situation that grows ever more awkward as he and Stephanie find themselves falling for each other. Will love win, or will real estate triumph?
