Plot Synopsis

A psychotic student, who has been repeatedly rejected from a medical school, takes his revenge by becoming a serial killer, who kidnaps his victims and performs unnecessary surgery on them. The detective assigned to the case enlists the aid of the school's admission clerk who puts herself in jeopardy when she releases confidential records. When she attempts to track the psychopath down herself she finds herself in a deadly situation.
