Plot Synopsis
Based on the book by Wayne Barrett. After a successful turn as a US District Attorney, Giuliani becomes mayor of New York City. He has a series of bruising political fights inside and outside his inner circle as is soon riddled with his own scandals of martial infidelity and dark secrets from his past. As he finishes out his final term the tragedy of 9/11 reestablishes him as a national leader and American icon as he pulled NYC together in the aftermath of the World Trade Center attack.
