Plot Synopsis

After the 1963 assassination of his brother, Robert Kennedy begins his transformation from attorney general to presidential candidate. His commitment to the causes of poverty and discrimination and his denoucation of the Vietman War helped him form is own identity while he faced increasing tension within the Democratic party especially with President Lyndon Johnson. His political aspirations were cut short when he was gunned down in 1968 after giving a speech at L.A.'s Ambassador Hotel.
