Plot Synopsis
Sequel to 1994 TV Movie. A San Francisco restaurant owner who moonlights as a private investigator is hired by his attorney friend to investigate the murder of a judge. When the judge's mistress is accused of the crime, Alexander goes to work to clear her name and uncovers a conspiracy that threatens an entire Third World country.
