Plot Synopsis
A prison guard at a Texas correctional youth facility creates an unconventional track program in the hopes of breaking the racial tension and violent behavior among the female teen inmates. Along with learning teamwork and discipline the young women soon find a reason to feel good about themselves as they prepare to race in outside regulation track meets. Participation on the team leads the girls on a path to turn their lives around.
