Plot Synopsis
Based on the book by Louis L'Amour. In 1876 Wyoming, A mysterious gunslinger helps a family of novice homesteaders fend off an attack by bandits and becomes their volunteer guide to the lawless ways of the west. His repeated assistance begins to create a threat in the family as the husband feels his wife and son's growing attraction and admiration for the charismatic frontiersman.
