Plot Synopsis
A wealthy restaurateur witnesses an incident of police brutality by rogue cops and is convinced to testify against the officers by a crusading internal-affairs officer. Her family is soon the target of police harassment. When her son is framed for murder, she finally decides to take matters into her own hands in order to expose the truth.
