Plot Synopsis
In 1800's Montana, a young women and member of an Amish-like religious group is left to raise her nine-year-old son after her rancher husband is killed. After a mysterious gunslinger collapses on her property she tends to his wounds and soon finds herself falling in love. Her community objects to an ''outsider'' staying with her and forces her to end the relationship and repent. Refusing to breakup, the ill-fated couple must fight off an angry gang of townsfolk hell bent on killing the gunslinger.
