Plot Synopsis
A divorced woman with two young daughters finds out that she is dying of cancer. Knowing that the kids will be taken care of by her ex-husband and his new wife, whom she and the children loathe, she decides to teach the guardian-to-be how to act like a mother. During a stressful auto trip to Wyoming the two women and the kids form a lasting bond that prepares them all for the emotional upheaval they will eventually face.
