Plot Synopsis
An elderly couple return to their Maine summer home on Golden Pond and find their usually predictable regimen greatly affected by a rare visit from their divorced daughter, her boyfriend, and his 13-year-old son. The teenager soon becomes the grandchild they never had and brings out a side in ''grandpa'' that hasn't been seen in decades. Meanwhile father and daughter confronts long held resentments and unresolved issues.
