Plot Synopsis

At the family winery, Chloe is upset to hear her dad might sell out to Stratosphere Beverages in New York, after the Valentine's Festival. Shocked, she wants to make sure their winery is run like a home not a business, so she's determined to be there when her dad talks to the Stratosphere rep. Still upset later that night, she goes to a mom-and-pop grocery to "stress snack" and meets a cute guy "hunger snacking." Bonding over a mutual love of popcorn and chocolate, they part ways, unaware they'll meet again very soon. In fact, the next day Chloe finds the rep has arrived. He's Seth Anderson and though he's also the cute guy she met before, she still sees him as the enemy. As her dad watches Chloe duel with Seth, it's clear their banter is heated but flirtatious. Chloe takes off to go to the near-by family cabin because the tenant has emailed it needs repair. Chloe, who visited the cabin earlier, knows the place has been neglected since her mom died so she left a note assuring things would get fixed. Chloe finds he's replaced her note with one saying he'd like to help, signed "Handyman." Calling him a hero, she signs her note "In Need of Repairs." Seth turns up the charm to win Chloe over. Proving he's not just a city guy, he prunes vines and stacks barrels. Finally, when he helps Chloe sell two cases to a snobby restaurant owner, they go on a picnic to celebrate, only to end up fighting when he unwittingly lapses into a sales pitch. Upset, she runs to Handyman, asking him how to deal with a jerk, and his tender response, prompts her to suggest they meet. Walking into the Tavern together, Seth and Chloe still have no clue their rendezvous is with each other until she orders a specific wine. Figuring it out, Seth pretends to be her wingman while she waits for her secret date, entertaining her, even when Handyman fails to show. The day of the festival, Chloe and Seth win a contest and seal their victory with a kiss. But their joy is short-lived when her dad admits he's decided to sell. Racing to the cabin to talk to Handyman, Chloe sees the torn contract, and realizes Seth was her secret crush all along.
