Plot Synopsis
Based on the book by Patricia Pendergraft. A recently widowed young woman decides she can no longer care for her baby daughter. She leaves the infant on a doorstep, to be raised in the wonderful town of Clements Pond. In a short time the child is credited with unexplained miraculous events and good fortunes. The mother, having second thoughts returns to be near her baby and soon finds the warmth and caring of a loving community for her and the little girl..
