Plot Synopsis

An FBI agent is called in to help avert a meltdown at a California nuclear power plant when terrorists hijack the facility. The White House, military strategists and local authorities try to work together as they race against time to protect the nation. It is soon revealed that the terrorists are group of disenfranchised ex-military specialists who are out to prove just how unprepared and vulnerable America's security system is.
