Plot Synopsis
In New York City a cool black FBI agent teams up with a racist white detective to track down a serial killer. The psychopath is killing young black males and sending their severed thumbs to a black ballplayer who is about to break DiMaggio's hitting record. Racial tensions between the two investigators threaten to hinder the case.
