Plot Synopsis
The story of Robert Elliot Burns who sentenced to a brutal prison on a false robbery charge and is forced to endure endless abuse on a chain gang by a sadistic guard. He eventually escapes and is pursued by the ruthless warden of the penitentiary. Note: This story inspired the classic film '' I Am a Fugitive from a Chain Gang''.
