Plot Synopsis

After serving his time, a convicted serial rapist is paroled into a small conservative town where his brother owns a hardware store. He is liked by almost everyone until they find out about his background. When a rape occurs in a nearby burg, he is immediately suspected. The town's citizens are up in arms demanding he be removed from their community. His hard nosed parole officer, while detesting his presence, must protect his right to start a new life.
