Plot Synopsis
Based on the novel by Janette Oke. Embarking on their new life together pioneer newlyweds, Willie and Missie LaHaye, follow wagons west to set up their homestead. Willie assembles a group of misfit ranch hands to help, while pregnant Missie befriends their Shoshoni neighbors. Although they face hardships and heartaches their deep-abiding faith in God and one another help them prosper in their new home.
