Plot Synopsis

The third TV Movie in the "Stone Cold" series. Based on the novel by Robert B. Parker. The police chief of a small New England town investigates the death of a teenage girl found floating in a local lake. He soon discovers that the once straight-A student had started down a path of self-destruction and was estranged from her parents who never reported her missing. As he tries to focus on finding out what happened to the girl, he must also deal with a case of domestic violence that ultimately turns deadly. As he becomes more obsessed with the unhappy teen's death he vows to bring her killer to justice.
