Plot Synopsis

A female naval investigator is brought aboard a military cargo ship to investigate an attempted gang rape. When the victim is found dead, and other seamen meet fatal ''accidents'', she must track down the evasive killer. Her relentless probing ultimately results in the exposure of a heroin smuggling scheme by a female warrant officer, who murdered her fellow shipmates when they discovered her illegal operation.
