Plot Synopsis
A hard boiled FBI agent and an obsessive New Jersey cop form an uneasy alliance to track down a well organized and elusive terrorist group that is wanted by the Feds for bombings and bank robberies, and by the cop for the murder of a state trooper. Through dogged detective work, the violent radicals are eventually captured and brought to justice.
