Plot Synopsis

Based on the book by Anne Rule. In 1980, during a year-long investigation into the deaths and sexual assaults of 14 victims down the I-5 highway corridor through California, Oregon and Washington, Dave Kominek, a detective in Oregon, starts to discover similarities in the cases. He is determined to prove the seemingly unrelated killings are the work of one man. As the case unfolds and more victims come to light, the investigation shockingly leads to Randall Woodfield, a handsome middle class, all-American athlete. Woodfield was eventually convicted of murder and is serving a life sentence in the Oregon State Penitentiary.
