Plot Synopsis

Based on the novel by Anne Rivers Siddons. A suburban couple find their peaceful lifestyle suddenly interrupted when a architect builds an upscale modern house next to their quaint home. They soon encounter unexplainable and deadly events to all those who live in and around the house. The couple find themselves struggling to keep their sanity and marriage intact as the home's evil influence permeates the neighborhood. Determined not to see any move lives ruined, they attempt to destroy the home and its creator before they too fall victim to the threatening forces next door.
