Plot Synopsis

A 13-year-old boy is committed to winning the competition for the only scholarship available for a prestigious prep school or he will have to attend the military school his brother attends. He diligently works on his presentation but his mean-spirited rival steals his speech and uses it in front of a packed auditorium. Despite drawing up a scheme to expose his nemesis, his plan is thwarted but eventually saved by the headmaster's obnoxious dog who he accidentally kidnaps.
