Plot Synopsis
The formation of a Homeland Security department, before, during and after the Sept. 11 2001 attacks. Follows a retired CIA agent who is pressed into duty to find Osmam bin Laden and a Navy admiral charged with the coordination of the government's anti terrorist groups.
