Plot Synopsis

Based on the book ''The Dead Hollywood Moms Society'' by Lindsay Maracotta. Lucy Freers discovers her neighbor, Julia Prentice, trophy wife of TV's hottest sitcom star, floating dead in the family swimming pool. A fading Hollywood ingŽnue, Julia was a member of what Lucy dubs "The Hollywood Moms Society," some of the most glamorous, powerful and shallow women of L.A.'s upper crust. When her husband Kit , a floundering film producer, is suspected of being the killer, Lucy takes matters into her own hands and plays detective Ð which doesn't go over well with the no-nonsense cop assigned to the case.
