Plot Synopsis
Sequel to the TV movie ''Shamrock Conspiracy''. Retired Scotland Yard detective Teddy Harrison, now living with his daughter and her fiancee in New York City, becomes involved with the murder of a popular narcotics cop. He agrees to work with an attorney assigned to defend a former drug dealer who's the sole suspect in the murder of the police officer.
