Plot Synopsis

A New York City police department helicopter cop tracks the robbers of the city's Federal Reserve bank who have also blown up the bridges and tunnels causing massive gridlock in the Big Apple. A game of cat and mouse pits the maverick detective against the devious thieves who, as it happens, are holding his girlfriend hostage. A daring helicopter chase and a heroic rescue saves the day.
