Plot Synopsis

A small, isolated island community comes under attack by a series of strange electrical storms. It is soon discovered that the lethal weather is being caused by angry, lost souls from a mass suicide years ago -- and now they're looking for vengeance. The town Sheriff and his ex-wife must team up to stop these storms from killing more of their townspeople while racing against time to save their missing daughter.
