Plot Synopsis
Based on the book ''And Deliver Us From Evil'' by Mike Cochran. A driven Texas cop turns his obsession with tracking down an escaped rapist into a personal vendetta. However, when a witness proves the cop wrong, he must unflinchingly continue the hunt to clear the escapee's name.
