Plot Synopsis

Based on the unproduced play by Ira Levin. A phobic, best-selling suspense novelist, desperately trying to prove she can be alone, goes off to her isolated beach house. She soon finds herself in the middle of a real-life drama when she finds a local teen hiding in her closet and another man claiming to be a police detective, who says he was sent by her husband to check on her. As she tries to sort out the truth she must fight for her life when she discovers one of the men is really a hit man hired to kill her.
