Plot Synopsis

Anna Wahl, a cynical journalist who hates Christmas, is sent by her editor to Mistletoe, a Christmas-themed town, complete with a resident, real-life Santa Claus. At first she is ready to expose Kris Kringle as a fraudulent mall Santa. But Kris slowly convinces her to open up-especially when he reveals they have something in common: both tragically lost their spouse at Christmastime. As she interviews the townspeople, she discovers Kris has touched the lives of everyone in town, and he begins to prove to her Christmas isn't just a day on the calendar; it's a feeling of kindness that lasts all year-round. She soon changes from a scrooge to a believer when she finds love with a handsome lawyer under the mistletoe.
