Plot Synopsis
Based on the series Law & Order. After punching a city councilman, a NYPD detective is exiled to Staten Island to work on mundane domestic abuse cases. Hoping to get back to his old precinct in Manhattan, he gets himself assigned to the case of a murdered prostitute, who's body he discovered floating in the harbor. Along the way he uncovers police corruption and mob involvement.
