Plot Synopsis

After his wife is brutally murdered by a serial killer a police office is transferred to patrol duty at a prestigious college. He soon discovers that the now-executed murderer is part of a professor's chilling scientific experiment that results in his being brought back to life and just as homicidal as ever. He must find a way to stop the ''Frankenstein monster'' from destroying the lives of others.
