Plot Synopsis

A family is torn apart when their teenage daughter is stricken with leukemia. Her life could be saved by a bone-marrow transplant from her seven year old half brother, but concern for his safety compel his overprotective mother-and the girl's stepmother, to refuse permission for the procedure. The father of the dying girl takes his wife to court, but tragedy is adverted when she realizes her fears are unfounded and consents to the operation.
