Plot Synopsis

Based on the novel ''Vinegar Hill'' by Franklin Coen. A successful L.A. businesswoman returns to her red-neck, Texas hometown to visit her sister, whom she hasn't seen in 15 years. Upon arriving, she witnesses a murder and discovers that the killer is her brother-in-law, whom she had never met. Not wanting to ruin her sister's life, she agrees to keep quiet until pressured by a determined DA, who is out to expose a powerful developer who masterminded the murder.
