Plot Synopsis
On March 24, 1989, oil tanker the Exxon Valdez ran aground, spilling eleven million gallons of oil into Alaska's Prince William Sound. Corporate, state and government officials fight with and against each other, creating bureaucratic quagmires that result in costly delays in the clean-up of the most devastating environmental catastrophe in U.S. history.
